What are Hydro/(GBB) Gel Ball Blasters?
Gel Blasters are very similar to Nerf and has been around for a few years. Like Nerf, the GBB are toys made from plastic material.
GBB are used in skirmish war-games, and other fun activities. As the name suggests, Gel Blasters uses soft gel like water balls (hydrated sodium polyacrylate) as ammo. The gel balls are environmental friendly, bio-degradable, non-staining and non-toxic.
Do you have a physical shop?
Currently we do not have a physical store. We ship our orders warehouse direct either from our West Coast WA warehouse or from our East Coast NSW Warehouse, and we are currently setting up distribution centers in other states.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently we do not offer pickups. But once we have a store fronts we will offer pickup as an option.
How will my parcel be sent?
We use Courier and Australia Post as our main shipping option. We will use the most cheapest option available to send products. If you purchase multiple items that go over 20kg in total weight then items will be sent via courier as Australia Post has a max weight limit of 20kg.
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
In the case of an incorrect items received, or if there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team via info@bigbosstactical.com.au Please include your order number, any photos and relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible. We only offer exchange/store credits for purchased items. Returned items must be sent in the condition that it was received. Buyer is responsible for return postage and postage cost.
Are Gel Blasters Legal?
Currently GBB legality falls into a grey area. If you do your research you will find a lot of mixed answers on this issue and many grey answers. The laws will also vary from state to state.

Where should I buy my Gel Ball Blaster from?
If you are looking at buying your first gel ball blaster, do so from an Australian business (like us). You need to buy local to guarantee delivery of your blaster. Since these products are virtually the same from any seller pre-mod, we can only compete on price and quality of service. As such we take our quality of service very seriously to ensure that our customers stay happy.
What are the conditions?
When you purchase from our site or any of our stores you are accepting the terms and conditions; Big Boss Tactical will not be held responsible for any breach of rules or regulations by any person(s) or organisation(s) in any part of the Commonwealth of Australia, or any other country who purchases toy blasters on this site or other affiliated stores. Buyers are reminded that it is their responsibility to check with their local state police and or firearms authorities in regards to the legality of possession of a toy blaster within their state or territory.
